Jackson Road is an indie rock band from California, formed in 2007. The band consists of Nate Weldon (vocals, guitar) and Ted Weldon (lead guitar)
Jackson Road is part of the California indie music scene. Eight songs from the group’s self-titled debut album (2008) and their second album ‘Take Flight’ (2009) aired on numerous radio stations, and have got the band showcased on television shows and the news. They also became Featured Artists on Sacramento’s radio stations 98 Rock and The Zone 100.5.
Three music videos were produced in 2007, 2008, and early 2009 for the songs ‘Hippi Chick’, ‘Alchemical Woman’, and ‘Speakeasy’.
Jackson Road’s second album ‘Take Flight’ was released in September 2009.
The band is represented by indie label Sea Serpent Records .
